1	You'll get what you pay for or your money back. All of it. Read more about our guarantee.
2	Each logo is sold only once. When you buy it, it's yours. Trademark it.
3	No fine print. We will give you all the relevant information up front.
4	When you contact us you will speak with a real person who really is a LogoGround employee. We are a relatively small company so we can't answer your questions 24/7 (yet), but we make a point of responding to enquiries as fast as we possibly can. Time us.
5	LogoGround will publish good logos, not as many logos as possible. No logo is offered for sale without the blessing of our art director - a design veteran who mercilessly rejects logos that are not up to scratch.
6	We are passionately anti-spam. We will not bug you with "upgrades", special offers, partner deals or other such nonsense.
7	Absolutely no hidden fees. No surprises. The price shown is always the full price.

- Our Promise to Designers -
1	You'll get paid monthly, on time. (We will be looking into weekly payments later this year. Can't promise anything yet, but we'd like to offer weekly payments to those who prefer it.)
2	No paid placement or "preferred designer" or "premium seller" nonsense. It's just not fair to those designers who can't afford it. All designers are treated the same. All designers receive 85% of the profit from their sales. (More)
3	All the tools and support you need to earn a living off your logo sales. Use our suggestion box to help us serve you better. (We read every suggestion.)
4	We will never kick you out or penalize you for not selling enough or for not participating enough. Lurk all you want.
5	Your LogoGround client is your client. We will not prevent you from contacting your client outside of LogoGround. If you get a lot of extra business as a result, you owe us pizza.
6	We do not think designers should pay to work. Your participation is free and will always remain free. We earn our 15% commission from your logo sales only. If you don't get paid, we don't get paid.
7	Our art director's job is to check each logo and mercilessly weed out the bad ones. If you are a good designer, this is a good thing. No competing with designers intent on swamping the site with as many logos as possible. We'd much rather build LogoGround into a service that allows you to focus on creating brilliant logos.
