Hand-selected, original logos for sale
Once it's sold, it's gone!

Abandoned Projects

Unfortunately we find that sometimes a logo sells, but there is no response from the designer. Even if the client wants the logo "as is", without any changes, the designer is still required to make the logo available to the client in at least EPS and high-resolution JPG format.

Non-delivery leads to unhappy clients and refunds. If we do nothing to remedy the situation, the damage to LogoGround's reputation will be substantial - and ultimately every designer on LogoGround will feel the effect.

LogoGround policy is:

The designer has 1 business day to provide logo revisions or the final logo files to the client. If they fail to do so, LogoGround may assign the work to one of its staff designers and the proceeds from that sale goes to LogoGround.

This only applies in cases where there is no response from the designer. Designers who do their bit still receive their full share, as always.

Revenue from abandoned logos helps LogoGround cover its operating costs and allows us to pay designers who pull their own weight a very large share of the money from their sales.

No Email?

When a sale occurs or when one of your clients sends feedback, our system is set up to send you an automatic email notification. Unfortunately email is a notoriously unreliable medium. We can't guarantee that those email notifications will always be sent/received without any problems. We can't guarantee that our emails won't end up in your spam folder either. Please check your LogoGround account once a day to make sure you stay on top of new sales and client feedback. If you rely on email notifications alone, you do so at your own risk.

Policy Updates

Designers now receive a minimum of $40 per sale, even if they do not respond to their clients. In effect, LogoGround buys all rights to the design from the designer for $40 for the purpose of transferring those rights to the client. Again, this only applies where there is no response from the designer. For all other sales we still pay designers their full share.

In your account settings you can now have your sales notifications sent to two email addresses. Log into your account, click on "Account" then on "Account details". Below your secondary email there is now a checkbox. If you check that box we will send the notification to both your emails when you make a sale.

You can now choose between an Active and a Passive LogoGround account. If you can't (or don't want to) work with clients when your logos sell, consider switching to a Passive account. Details here.
