Dear Admin,

I'm experiencing something mysterious with one of my sold logo(Bullox) which I sold on the date of '2019-04-12'...I was in communication with the buyer during the designing phase and the buyer was responding me but after I received couple of replies from the buyer I stopped receiving any reply from him/her...I'm sending him/her the reminders after every couple of days but still failed to get any reply..

Today I saw the same logo(Bullox) showing in the recent sold logo page and I saw a yellow bar(top of My LG page) again where it was showing that I have an opened project but when I clicked the project to check whether the buyer responded OR not but there was nothing when I checked by clicking the view project. Can anyone tell me what is going on there? Is that any kind of error OR what? Please let me know because I'm very curious about this project(Bullox).

Thanks!
Regards,

ImmooDesign.

Hello Immodesign,

a similar thing is happening to me today. I've an open project that was marked as yellow (messages pending) but the client didn't post any answer or comment. Is there something wrong on Logoround side, maybe? Thanks

Hi immoodesign and logofish,

That's an error. Sometimes our system misinterprets updates received from PayPal and highlights the project for the designer as if there is new client feedback. You can simply use the "push to client" function to resolve it.

Thanks ajleroux, its good to know infect really helping.. Well can you please clarify more about 'Push to Client' function I mean where can we find that function to resolve it? Because what we usually see is 'Push to Archive' option right under the 'View Project' tab.

Hi immoodesign,

Every project has a status, e.g. "Designer" or "Client" or "Finalized" etc. When it is "Designer", that means the designer has to do something and as soon as he/she post and update for the client, the status changes to "Client" to let the client know that they have to do something - either to give feedback or to approve the logo. The "Push to Client" function is a shortcut to change the status to "Client" without posting an update for the client. It is only visible if the status isn't already "Client".
