Hi @vladNem,
i can see many problems here
I don't think the two eagle silhouette works you have to choose one
You can go with the white one (which have been done many times before) or the black one and a full moon (which also have been done before) either way you have to add more elements to make it unique.
And there are many graphical errors like
The eagle is not centered which makes the "wings" looks different in size.
The points where the moon and the eagle meet are too rough it should be smoother.
Hope that helps. Good luck!

I think you should just put one eagle shape there, and the circle (in the inside part) of the moon is not perfectly shaped

On my own I will honestly say ... it’s a little like coincidence. Most likely Vlad was so inspired by your work, Gregory M, that he accidentally repeated the contours of your eagle))

Seems like drawing over or looking at my design trying to copy it which is plagiarism, it could be a coincidence but it does align ALMOST perfectly.

I doubt it is a coincidence. This is because this is not the first time this particular user copies someone else's work.

As I noted long ago, any (or many) students in our business often begin their creative journey by copying other people's works (logos). They are unaware that designers with significantly more experience will discover this. Making such mistakes, you can ruin your creative career (before you begin it).
In consequence, when a person learns how to design his own unique logos, he will have to change his creative pseudonym and start everything from scratch.

Ps
You can put these lines in the designer's bible)))

@VladNem
Повір, твоя репутація дизайнера в 100 разів важливіша ніж будь-який логотип який ти можеш продати тут чи в іншому місці. Не шукай легких, швидких способів, не копіюй, знайди час щоб створити щось цікаве та оригінальне.

Your designer reputation is 100 times more important than any logo you can possibly sell here or elsewhere. Don't look for quick and easy ways, don't copy, find the time to create something interesting and original.
