Concept:
Letter W (that also may be used as a double N), with swoosh arrow pointing up emphasizing e.g. progress

Version 1:
https://www.logoground.com/uploads6/dv6y2019355982019-06-243999719W%20NN%20progress-01.jpg

Decline reason: Small improvements needed.

Version 2, revised version:
https://www.logoground.com/uploads6/dv6y2019355982019-06-243999719W%20NN%20progress-01.jpg

Decline reason: Small improvements needed.

So now I'm a little stuck at what to improve here.
Thanks!

Oops, sorry, Version 1 is this:
https://www.logoground.com/uploads6/dv6y2019355982019-06-242941297W%20NN%20progress.jpg

It seems we're unable to edit posts. Sorry, this is my first new thread.

In the original version, I used the placeholder font's W.
Thought that might be the problem, so the second version is geometrically drawn.

Hi kassymkulov,

I like the original version slightly more. I don't understand the blue part in the center. It looks like you wanted to show two N's overlapping, but it's not clear. I think it is best to just focus on the W and leave the overlap off.

Swoosh-type logos and arrows are very common. I think this design is unique enough, but the "swooshness" of it and the arrow make it feel a little generic - not memorable enough.

I hope that helps :)

I see. Thanks, ajleroux.

If it was mine. First is better than second version (more balance). Only what bothering me is like ajleroux said. I dunno what its is and is it matter? If it is then it should be problem when your client coloring it with black and white. it will disappear and your logo will be missing the point

@ava19nauval

Actually the real original version was just a W. I came up with NN so as to add more usage to it, and in b&w version that dark part could be used as a gap, but then W becomes not so clear.

Thanks anyway, I think I'll stick to ajleroux's comment:

"Swoosh-type logos and arrows are very common. I think this design is unique enough, but the "swooshness" of it and the arrow make it feel a little generic - not memorable enough."

I'll change this concept to something else when I have a better state of mind.

Thanks!

Hello kassymkulov!
Your logo has potential, but in my view weak points are:

1) Unbalanced.
The top part with arrow line is way too small in comparison to the letter W and the hook-like line below.

2) Too stretched.
Try to make the overall logomark kinda more compact/smaller.

3) Color work.
Try to make it in one color first, and then (if needed) add additional shade/s.

Hello, you can round some corners of the top of the W. I think the overlay of the "n" makes it look a bit "dirty" tries to remove it ^^

Can I keep using this topic for my other logo help issues or should I always open new topic?

There are tips for logos that can be approved here. My logo design always sticks out. I am still a beginner level and I still learn a lot. Hope there is valuable information that I can get.

kassymkulov, I think one logo one topic is a good guideline, but not a rule. Whatever makes the most sense.

ciptapranata, sorry, that didn't make sense :) If you're looking for general help, see this page:
