Hello,
Concerning the differences between a Personal PayPal account and a Business PayPal account, there is a page with PayPal's recommendations (or you can visit the localized version for your country).
https://www.paypal.com/smarthelp/article/faq2258
Concerning withdraw limits, there could be some differences between the two types of PayPal accounts, but this varies by country. Some countries, for example, have no differences in withdraw limits between the two types of PayPal accounts (the limits are exactly the same between the two account types). The best way to verify this for your country, is to visit the PayPal website, change the country at bottom-right of the page to match your country, and then click on "Fees" at the bottom-left of the page (or the equivalent word in your language).
But in any case, the differences in withdraw limits (if existent) should be inconsequential for the average LogoGround user. For example, in some countries, the instant transfer withdrawal limit is $15,000 per month for a Personal PayPal account and $500,000 per month for a Business PayPal account.
By the way, unverified accounts have a standard monthly withdraw limit (often $500, but depends on currency/country). To lift the limit, you can verify your account with PayPal by linking (and confirming) a bank account. But again, the details will vary per country; sadly, some users in some countries have no way to lift that limit (as expressed by some fellow LogoGround users).
Hope this helps,
