The why will appear if you click on the red declined text.
What does it say?

For me, I like the idea, but execution is not good.

Get rid of the circle, use different colors or just plain black will be better for this situation. And work on the feathers so they look more natural, for example these:

You notice that white line at the center? Not sure what it's called, a bone, where all the feathers are attached to. That added detail will improve it.

Yes. the execution is less professional. The feather object is not very clear whether it's one or two feathers. Plus in terms of coloring, The color combination was not good and make this design increasingly bad instead. In my opinion, you re-create the logo with more simple but give good detail to the feather and use only one kind of dark color. So your logo will look very solid.
