@loya unfortunately we can no longer receive payments from Turkey because Turkey no longer allows PayPal to operate there.

Sorry Loya, our hands are tied on this one. If you can arrange another way for this client to pay you directly, you are welcome to do so. If you receive a direct payment please remember to remove the logo from LogoGround so that we don't end up selling it twice.

Hi ajleroux, I also use only paypal, so I won't be able to sell this logo directly either.

Thanks,
Loya

Maybe a wire transfer? if you call your local bank and tell them you want to send payment details to an overseas client, they can give you the international code that the client can use at their bank to send money to your bank account.

Hello Loya,

In recent years, I have had some experience with clients from Turkey that were unable to use PayPal. Since they were very adamant to employ my design services; I accepted a direct bank wire transfer for those projects. If you decide to take that approach, make sure to add 5% to 15% to the logo price, as there will be many intermediary banks between the client's bank and your bank; and every intermediary bank takes a cut. Also check beforehand with your own bank for any additional fees concerning this kind of transaction. Needless to say, you should definitely wait until you have confirmed that the payment is completely cleared before sending any files.

Hope this helps,

You can use international payment via IBAN and SWIFT, but you need a foreign currency account ( I am not sure if I translated it correctly, it is just one word on my language). That account allows you to accept payments in different currencies. If you are not sure if you have that type of account it is easy to add it to your original type of account in bank. In my country it is, I think 30 % cut when a transaction is done like this, so as Ortega wrote, make sure to add a percentage to original price if You decide to do it this way.

Try to check out Transferwise for money transfer.

@Eclipse42, a foreign currency account is not needed. The vast majority of banks in the vast majority of countries can accept a foreign currency wire transfer and then, the currency conversion is done before depositing the funds in the standard account. Therefore, for the vast majority of cases, a designer receiving funds from a foreign client does not need to open any special type of account just for one wire transfer. Of course, it is advised to verify with the actual bank before initiating the process.
