I have to say that the eligible to receive payment must be changed totally. The rules that you're not eligible yet to receive payment is absolutely ridiculous. I mean let say that i just upload 3 logos and became a member a couple days ago, and the next few days someone buy my logo and how lucky is that. And the rules say you must get 20 reputation and get silver rank to receive the payment or if you still not eligible yet you still get the money, BUT in 180 days?????

I know this is your way to get a loyal designer to keep upload their logos, but when if some designer needs some emergency like medical expenses for his parent, his brother/sister, or other emergency business. You should change that rules if you want to keep loyal designer use this website. I know the logo quality in this site is very high and it's good for the designer to level up their skills.

So i mean Logoground just hold a new designer's lucky chance to get their first payment by force them to upload more logos in order to get a silver rank, and i think it's unfair.

Hello! In my opinion, the rules are absolutely adequate. It will not be difficult for a professional designer to get a Silver Rank in a short time. I received the silver literally a couple of weeks after I started uploading the logos.

It is a fraud prevention measure. An approved logo give you 1.2 points, a declined one decrease it by 0.8 points . So upload your logo wisely. You need 17 approved logo without any declination to reach a silver rank. It can be done in a month.

It's good that you know it from the start, when you join LG without exception on any site you should first read all the agreements and regulations, when you feel fit and agree then you start using and running the site, especially on LG.

Once you register and start uploading the logo it means you have agreed, not like this to do it without knowing and complaining afterwards about the rules and agreements here. so this can be said to be your fault from the start.

Some designer only need 17 logo or less to reach silver rank. But there are some designer who need 100+ logos to reach silver rank.

The decision is up to you. Upload your logo based on quality and you will reach silver soon or upload your logo based on quantity with low quality logos and it will makes harder to reach silver. :)

Yeah in this case why they put 180 days for send the money to the designer, even though they just upload 3 logos and suddenly one of them are sold. I just want they reduce the delay to 60 days or maybe 90 days so it will look more reasonable for some new designer.

Clients are very important and special here. Like didiwinata said, you need to understand that, you need to agree with all the agreement and regulations here. Logoground want to make sure that the client save and secure. If you wanna fast payment, prove your self by reaching silver rank. Silver rank is not hard for professional designer.

Hello,

As I said in the past, it is very peculiar that many users act surprised about the existing terms; almost as if they didn't know.

LogoGround users simply cannot register without agreeing in full to the terms of the LogoGround User Agreement; upon registration, there is a link to the agreement and a checkbox that says "I agree in full to the terms in the LogoGround User Agreement". So, every single LogoGround registered user should have, in theory, read and understood the agreement in full.

I said it before but it bears repeating: Most people don't read terms, agreements, policies, licenses and/or contracts; they are eager to click, sign and/or agree without reading. Some years ago, there was a study where participants (university students) agreed to terms that included giving up their first-born. Crazy.
Here's a link to an article about said study: https://arstechnica.com/?p=922035

On the LogoGround registration form, maybe the checkbox should be replaced with several checkboxes asking the new user if he/she agrees to each important section of the terms; basically, there should be a summary of the terms within the registration form.

Just some thoughts,

Ortega Graphics

I guess how long the number of days does not affect reasonable or not, which is more unreasonable

FYI,
when you register you must agree to the terms here by ticking the option, other sites are the same, otherwise you can't continue, even when you install the design software you use like corel, illustrator you must also agree to the terms and agreement, and it sounds funny now you are asking this kind of question again, see the link I attached

When I first entered LG and started uploading, I was surprised because many logos were rejected. But I didn't stop attacking. Finally, I continued to work on improving the quality of the design and my target in the near future is silver rank, by doing my best and keep uploading. Spirit brother, let's work as much as possible and give the best.

The first time I uploaded a logo here, I submitted 22 logos, and only 5 were accepted. after a while I did not upload a new logo. I started uploading again after one of my logos was sold and I am as surprised as you are to see the "payment eligibility" statement.
I tried to submit several logos but all were rejected with the statement "needs improvement". from there I learned to be a little patient and concentrate on making a better logo. until finally I submitted 14 logos without being rejected and I got silver.
