We've made some improvements to our system for handling cancelled/refunded logo projects. When we issue a refund, the project status will change to "cancelled", it will no longer show up on your open projects list and the logo will automatically be put back on the site as "for sale". There is no need to upload the logo again.

When logged in you can view your cancelled projects by clicking on "My Clients" in your dashboard, then on "Cancelled Projects".

hi, if i may ask, how long the refunding process will take? a client issue a refund soon after he bought my logo, i don't know if it accidentally, or changing of mind. https://www.logoground.com/myproject.php?ajk=10224-11421_2571357

Hi Genovius,

Normally it will take a few days because when we receive a refund request we try to find out why the client is unhappy and we try to fix whatever is wrong so that we can avoid the refund. If the client does not want to say and just wants the refund then it is normally issued within one day.

i see. . .i already ask why they want to refund, and offering a fix if some parts of the logo they'd like to change but, it seems they want to refund anyway. its very unfortunate :(

Sorry Genovius, the refund was sent today. Bad luck. Sometimes clients just change their minds for whatever reason. I don't think there's anything you or LogoGround could have done. The logo is now available for sale again.

Hi ajleroux,

I just noticed this logo was put as "possible refund": https://www.logoground.com/logo.php?id=158759

if client has already accepted changes and received the final files, can my logo be on sale again?

Thanks!,
Loya

Hi Loya,

The client can no longer get a refund from us because the final logo files have been delivered. But in this case the client notified PayPal that this is an "unauthorized transaction". We will speak to PayPal to show that it should not be refunded and then it's PayPal's decision. If they refund it, which is unlikely, then the logo will be placed on sale again.
