many of my logos have been rejected, but I do not complain.
But this is a logo that I'm very fond of was created by an idea of a very special person for me.

How could we improve?
Thanks...

Hi ApplexDesign,

What was the reason?
To be honest, I kinda like it! It has that old cartoon vibe :D. I would try thicker outlines, lose the background gradient, maybe remove the shadow and try a cleaner font to match the design. Also align the head with the jaw to the right, that bulge is too small and looks unintended.

Good luck !

Explanation:
We like this logo, but we think it can be made even better. Please go over it again and make sure everything is as good as you can make it. Choose colors carefully, make sure the font is a good match for this design, zoom in on the details and tidy it up, show it to a colleague or friend to hear what they think etc.

Hi ApplexDesign,

Nice logo! I agree with Sor's comments. In addition:

1. The foot that is on the ground bugs me a little bit. Shouldn't it be flat on the ground or at least closer to flat?

2. Gradients can be used to create a metallic look, but I don't think the simple radial gradients you have here do the trick. Flat shading might be a better fit for the old-school cartoon vibe that you already have going.

A few things:

- Type: I prefer a more sans serif font or maybe a spacy bold font
- Style: I also prefer a more bold look, with (semi)thick lines
- Color: A background with another color gives it more contrast
- Feet: Try to make them more unique, the a a little bit simple, but not attractive

Sor said more or less the same, but in another words :)

Hello @ApplexDesign
Supporting my colleagues I think you should improve the source and make your logo smaller

Isn't it great when the admins and the community help a designer improve a logo with excellent advice and later that logo finds a nice home?

Congratulations on the sale, ApplexDesign!

Congrats!
As we can see, LG is more than just a logo store, it's a great school for those who listen to good advices and adapt.

I think it is a nice gesture that asking and receiving feedback works well here. It is not common on every platform. Your 'thank you' has been accepted ;-)
